We're looking for an AI-native Performance Marketer to join our growing marketing team. You'll own paid media execution across our core channels, bring a data-driven mindset to everything you do, and actively use AI tools to work smarter and move faster. This isn't a role for someone who waits for instructions – we want someone who's genuinely excited about where AI is taking performance marketing and is already putting it to work.
What you'll do
Plan, build, and optimize paid campaigns across all performance marketing channels
Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude Code, ad platform AI features, etc.) to accelerate copy testing, audience research, and reporting
Monitor campaign performance to make data-backed decisions on budget, bids, and creative
Collaborate with content and design teams to brief and iterate on ad creative
Report on KPIs clearly and consistently – you know what metrics matter and why
Stay ahead of platform changes and AI developments that affect paid media
Who you are
2–3 years of hands-on PPC experience in a B2B environment, ideally SaaS. Experience with mobile app UA through PPC is a plus
Proven experience across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Microsoft/Bing
Genuine enthusiasm for AI – you're already using it in your workflow, not just curious about it
Strong analytical skills; comfortable in spreadsheets and platform reporting dashboards
Solid understanding of the B2B buyer journey and how paid fits into it
A clear communicator who can translate performance data into actionable insights
Nice to have
Experience with tools like Salesforce, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Ahrefs, Looker Studio, etc
Experience creating, launching, and measuring ABM campaigns in cooperation with Sales
Familiarity with AI-powered ad tools (Performance Max, Advantage+, etc.
Basic knowledge of SEO and how it intersects with paid strategy
Goes beyond AI as a chatbot – you’ve built agentic workflows where AI takes actions, not just provides answers (e.g., MCP integrations, automated multi-step sequences, or tool-connected pipelines)
