As a Data Quality Controller, you'll ensure that the financial and qualitative data powering Quartr is accurate, timely, and trustworthy. You will be at the front line of maintaining the real-time integrity of our dataset – directly shaping how the world's most sophisticated investors consume company information.

You'll work at the intersection of finance, product, and operations to keep our coverage world-class and help scale our platform as we expand globally.

What you'll do

Own the accuracy and reliability of Quartr's company-level financial and qualitative data. Within your first six months, you'll have taken full ownership of monitoring and validating company information across our platform.
Ensure timely updates across thousands of public companies. You'll continuously track earnings calls, reports, presentations, and market events – making sure users and clients always see the latest information.
Drive quality assurance across multiple data sources. From transcripts and presentations to financial line items and metadata, you'll perform structured QA checks that maintain our high internal standards.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders across product, engineering, and customer teams. You'll support data-related inquiries, surface issues proactively, and contribute to improving data pipelines and workflows.
Help shape and improve our internal data quality processes. You'll identify operational inefficiencies, propose improvements, and contribute to scaling data coverage as we grow.

Who you are

Detail-driven with experience working in data-heavy or operational roles. (Experience in finance, research, data operations, QA, or similar roles is a strong plus.)
Comfortable working with structured information and identifying inconsistencies quickly.
A strong sense of ownership and reliability. You thrive in a fast-moving environment where accuracy matters.
A clear communicator and collaborative team player.
Bonus: Interest in financial markets, private investor.
