About the Sales Team
Quartr is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales team. Our Sales team is key for our success and play a pivotal role in the growth of the Company being responsible for business pipeline. We are looking for a colleague with high energy, an entrepreneurial spirit, and resilience to work closely with marketing and product colleagues, with a strong focus on business opportunities and sales.
What you'll do
You will contribute by identifying and qualifying leads, generating new business opportunities through various outbound campaigns. You will also focus on the development of each qualified lead to pass to your team of Account Executives. As an SDR you will learn and understand the key fundamentals of successful SaaS sales. For success in the role you need to:
Conduct outbound prospecting activities to generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email outreach, social selling, and other sales prospecting techniques.
Research and identify potential customers and key contacts within target market segments.
Engage with prospects to understand their business needs, pain-points, and goals.
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
Collaboration with the sales team to hand off qualified opportunities and ensure a smooth transition from lead generation to sales conversion.
Maintain focused and up-to-date with records of prospects interactions and activities in the CRM system.
Continuously learn and stay informed about Quartr’s products, industry trends and competitive landscape to effectively communicate value proposition and differentiate our offering.
What will help you succeed
To be successful in this role you have experience working in a customer-facing role.
Exceptional communication skills, capable of effectively articulating ideas and engaging in meaningful dialogue with prospective clients.
Ability to analyze and assess business opportunities using data for informative decision-making.
An entrepreneur in spirit, ambitious and with a strong drive to reach and exceed targets.
Flexible mindset and open to new ways of working.
Professional-level English, written and spoken.
Experience in business development is a big plus.
Experience and interest in finance is a plus.
Note: you need to be based in Sweden with a valid work permit. We are also not looking for consultants or help from recruitment agencies.
